Correction, The BEST Villain. An antagonist is a character that is directly hostile and opposing towards the main character While a villain is a character that commits evil and their evil actions is important for the plot. If he was an antagonist, then killing puss was just his job. But no, he went far and beyond to torment Puss even though that’s not he’s supposed to do if he was merely a force of nature, which he is anyway. All the tormenting and torture was unnecessary if he was simply doing his job of collecting people’s lives.
