I'm so sorry that you suffer so much pain. That pain is REAL and it is actually hurts your heart. I don't know if you believe in God but He needed your wife and daughter for some reason and you will see them again. I lost my fiance in his single car accident. He was reaching for a CD, lost control and landed his new truck upside down in a ditch. He only had a scratch on his left shoulder. He died from "positional asphyxiation" because he was thrown under the dashboard and he couldn't breathe. I hope he was knocked out and died peacefully.
