i just saw the trailer of the voice ph 2 and this immediately pop on my mind, just can't get over it and i still get goosebumps every time i watch this, really the best voice battle i've seen from all the franchise, this is the battle to beat in the upcoming season and i can't wait..

Marami dito hindi marunong umappreciate ng tunay na voice quality. Hindi porket super biritera, super waving and vibratos ay yun talaga ang magaling. Ang pagkanta is not all about singing your throats out. Ang tunay na pagkanta, ay yung makikita mo talaga yung passion nya sa boses palang. Ang tunay na pagkanta lagi mong nararamdaman yung puso at emotion kahit anong genre pa yan. Si marissa kasi puro waving and power tones na hindi naman talaga yun ang technique para gumanda ang isang performance. Have you guys ever heard of voice appeal? Wala nun si marissa. Kulang siya sa deliver ng kanta. Kulang sa control dahil marami siyang flats and sharps. Si radha very big and whole voice. Very unique yung atyle and genre niya na blues and jazzy but with a twist of a huge voice. At sa kantang to, voice appeal talaga ni radha umangat. Yung kumbaga nangaakit yung boses niya pag kumakanta. Yun yon. Hindi puro birit nalang ng birit.

All the credits goes the ever brilliant Ms. Leah Salonga! 'Yang talent nina Marissa and Radha, given na yan. However, Ms. Leah utilized those talent even further and BOOM! best battles ever. Perfect song choice, perfect arrangement of the song kasi both artist were given parts in which naayon sa style ng boses nila. Parang yung ginawa nya din kina Kimpoy at Taw. Musically genius talaga. Hands down to Ms. Leah! All of her artist are damn lucky to have her as their coach. thumbs

both of them has very exceptional vocal range, the only difference is that radha has the x factor giving her the edge and the total package. it is unfair that they were paired on the same performance.

IMHO, for me it's a tie. Radha and Marissa complement each other. Sila lang ang nakapagpa standing ovation dun sa 4 na coach-judges. Personally, I don't think Marissa lost. They're both winners. It's just that isa lang ang kayang i-accommodate with regards to the competition rules. But I definitely wish a 'wild card' return for her. She's way better and more deserving from the other peeps who 'won' other battles.
