Not that I don’t have an inkling, but how come exceptional talent and humility do not flourish successfully in showbusiness here in the US? I have a few guesses. 1.) Tessanne Chin is Chinese. Remember Jeremy Lin getting “nixed by the Knicks” in favor of Carmelo Anthony. 2.) Tessanne Chin is Asian and “round” as opposed to Adele being Caucasian and similarly round. 3.) Tessanne Chin is an odd person in a US arena, e.g. mainstream sports & music, where typically if you are a minority, Black people pervades (affirmative action). Maybe things will turnaround when and if ping-pong becomes commercially popular in America.
