I was there, and kind of sad they only played for an hour. I also got slam danced, mosh pitted out of my place and the security sucked at The Wiltern. I was so lucky to see them really close up at The Masonic last year, which is in the Hollywood Cemetery (only 150 people there). I will never forget that concert, and they played for like 1.5 hours minimum. Also Julian had his sunglasses on the whole time, and at The Masonic they were off, and he seemed more into it.

They never played more than 45 minutes at The Masonic (9 songs 28th, 11 songs 29th and 30th). Amazing and intimate venue but the acoustics aren't the best, and it was the first time they were playing new songs. This time, they were really in, his voice was perfect and we had a longer show than usual.

@@liferjuando1259 I guess it didn't feel that way because I was literally 5 feet away from them at the Masonic and enjoyed every second of it. The Security at The Wiltern were assholes, and we should have not been slam danced out of our spot we waited 2 hours in the rain for. I would take The Masonic over The Wiltern any day. Not going back to that Venue, even though I have been going there many times since I was 13 years old.

Shayne Dalva I want to go to concerts but I don’t wanna get in a mosh pit. If u ask me, mosh pits shouldn’t be allowed. Ive read many complaints from people just being too distracted from the moshpitting that they can’t enjoy the show. People seem to justify mosh pits as “people enjoy music differently”. Well if you enjoying music takes away from others, then fuck your enjoyment. Sorry for the rant
