Inspired by a true story, The Vow is the tale of a love that refuses to be forgotten. I think people are being really harsh here. If you were in a committed relationship, in love, excited to be getting married, and all of sudden you wake up and you’re told that actually you’re married to someone else, it’d be natural to go to the person that in your mind you’re committed to. She shouldn’t have kissed him, but imagine being told “Um actually you’re not with your fiancé, you’re committed to this total stranger”

this is why i couldnt muster a lot of sympathy for paige. yes she lost her memory.. but she treated leo like an inconvenience she pushed back on all his attempts to help her, kissing her ex and acting like a spoiled daddys girl..

I think it happens when you’re missing such huge chunks of your memory, you tend to act a bit irrational and also inconsiderate. It isn’t to say she was completely justified, but she also was in a difficult position trying to figure out who she is now versus the person she last remembers herself being. While I wish she hadn’t kissed her ex, she knows him more in that moment more than her husband who she views as a stranger

I know most people are like that but as much as I love Rachel I just LOATH Channing so I have avoided this movie up to this point. I'm trying to decide if it's worth watching for Rachel. IDK. I see these clips with her and I want to see it. Then he steps on the screen and looks like her bodyguard and I just cringe.
