Thx, good work again. Still impressed by the flatness of the Pro, haven't see another car with such curve on the market. For those who criticise VW software, the charge management is one of the best.

VW software is exactly what you need in the car that you use for driving. The rest is in your smartphone.

I've never got my ID3 Pro above 50kwh, even from a low soc and on a 150kw charger. I need to do another test, but I don't know if a car can have an issue which prevents faster charging.

Update - I did get it up to 81kw rate, at 15%, still nowhere near the rated max though :/

Cold is a problem due to lack of pre-conditioning the battery by heating it up before charging. Tesla and a few others nailed this that most EV’s lack. Driving for half an hour+ can heat up the battery somewhat on cars lacking this feature.

Wow. That started at a decent speed, but then it plummeted. It is almost like they fake the peak speed for marketing.

Is this battery in the ID3 Pro S? Cupra Born?

Not the same battery, but the same capacity

@@BatteryLife It says 170 kW and 5-80 % SoC in 30 min in the latest tech data, which is the same as the Buzz. 🤷
