I respect him so much for understanding his own influence. He is a great actor who knows his limitations. He owns his style of acting, nobody plays the role like him

He's very cool. He's also right, "Good actors are very often good mimics." Anthony Hopkins is an amazing mimic (as well as being arguably the best actor in the world). But whatever Walken is (he says he's not an actor!) I love him.

He must have one of the most recognizable voices in the english world. For a guy who is"not an actor" he makes one hell of an actor. I love "Dogs of War", and the voice really suits him in it.

@KevinFosterMedia For the football example: the guy who wrote the playbook will have also be rsponsible for when to execute the plays and he would be writing the other teams plays. Which ever players execute the plays the best to how he wrote them wins. Was it a good game to watch? Was it exciting and keep you hanging on your seat? As for the players were they the ones who made it that way? Or was it the intertwineing of events? My point is if the story is written good people will watch.

@KevinFosterMedia I've seen good written films with bad actors all the time (Clash of the Titans, Lord of the Rings,Stone Cold,Paranomal Activ, etc ) but good actors can't make a poorly written film good (Men who Stare at Goats)but it is the writer who creates 'the ride' that people experince. The writer already brings the story to life when his pen hits the paper as he channels the ideas from an unseen energy. The actor could say it anyway they want but it still leads to the same great ending

@KevinFosterMedia You said, "actors deserve just as much respect as writers for what they do" - with that said, how come they don't share the stage or the oscar with the writers when the time comes for the glory? I bet you can name a hundred actors but how many writers could you or most people name? See my point?

If I could ask him one question, it would be, what is up with his hair? I don't mean it in a negative way...it's part of the "Walken persona" thing...but it sure is unique & a little weird. It LOOKS like it wants to stand straight up, no matter how he combs it. But I've seen it combed down, so he could get it under control if he wants. I think he plays it up on purpose. Tsoulakas aint got nothin on Walken!

@KevinFosterMedia well Dinero played an autistic man with Robin Williams as his doctor , and he played Frankenstien but I guess those films aren't as interesting as his ganster roles. But I still think we should be talking about the writers of great films not the actors because they are given way too much of the credit to say the words that are written.
