It's mainly because they were literally about to kill all of them right before Gabe got the gun. Killing those reapers is something any logical person would do after that.

the fact that Maggie finds a Reaper as a walker means that Alden died fighting with him, not because of his injuries. That also justifies the decision of killing them off, they always come back...

Maggie is justified in killing the reapers considering they massacred her group in Meridian before they took it over, (possibly children too, I think when Daryl had that fight with the reaper at the classroom it implied there used to be kids living there.) and also if they're capable of doing that, 100% they would have plotted revenge and tracked them down. Negan telling Maggie he would have killed the whole group if he could do it all over again, probably resonated inside her head and she wasn't taking any chances of keeping the group (Especially Hershel) in harm's way.

Maggie gave Elijah what Rick took away from her when he allowed Negan to live after slicing his throat. The dude deserved justice against his sister's killer, so honestly, I don't feel bad at all for what Maggie did. Also, Negan saw Maggie's revenge mode finally active and knew he had to get the hell out of there. lmao

I liked this episode but the ending made all the deaths all the pain mute. Finally arriving home with the food, 15 to 30mins later.... Eugene shows of with the commonwealth along with food an supplies. They should have put a few days to a week between these 2 story plots. What do you guys think....
