I feel that Beth and Daryl's relationship could have totally become a romantic one. Like in this scene you see Daryl look at Beth in a new late, that he see's more than another "dead" girl. i like that the writers didn't have them kiss or anything because Daryl isn't the type of guy to do that once he realizes that he has feelings for someone. This shows them building a realistic friendship. That the relationship was a very strong friendship that could have blossom to romantic feelings for one another. But because the writers killed her of we will never really know. But there is no denying that Daryl cared deeply for Beth and it hurt him pretty bad when she died.

This is probably one of the most intimate scenes of the walking dead. I almost feel as if I’m intruding by watching. Daryl and Beth has such an amazing dynamic. There’s no other like it. It was founded by the worst circumstances but came out to be one of the most special bonds of the show. So deeply emotional. They represented something for each other and made each other better. I wish we got to see them develop into something more.

Though I prefer Carol with Daryl, I can see how there could be a possible relationship between Beth and Daryl. So I wouldn't mind either way. I'm glad you said there seems to be a brother/sister relationship between Carol and him though because I'm tired of people saying she's like a mother. This is honestly so heartbreaking. Daryl is not affectionate, but when he escaped with Beth she really brought him out to who he really is and soften him up. Those two had a connection like no other and it makes me so sad that she had to go. I just can’t except it. You could tell by the way Daryl looks at her that he’s falling in love. But he scared to confess or think of it like that because he scared to love because everyone he used to love is gone. And he doesn’t want that to happen with her but it did. Just because someone is much younger than you, doesn't mean they can't affect you emotionally and romantically! If you believe such age gaps are not normal or "gross", you are immature. And I'm not being rude, that's just another sad reality you'll have to face. You. Are. Immature. And the relationship Daryl and Beth share is extremely rare even in a normal life! Letting such a dull thing as an age gap get in between that would be a waste. Daryl and Beth have some amazing chemistry. They are both good for each other's characters. What they both need in a relationship is what the other is able to contribute. Daryl doesn't need someone as hurt as him, he needs someone to give him hope and cheer. And Beth doesn't need someone as naive as her, she needs someone to make her stronger. If Daryl and Beth were similar, I don't think they'd have any sort of development. Being given an opportunity to experience a different point of view is what helps people evolve. Daryl and Beth balance out! They compliment each other perfectly. They complete each other! There’s no sense in blatantly ignoring that.

My number one favorite moment!!! Of The Walking Dead and here's why #1. It's has two of my favorite characters in it that you didn't expect to end up together. #2. They were both lost together and slowly mourning they're only family. #3. I loved how at first they tried to hate each other because of how different they are and then realized how similar they turned out to be. #4. Both Daryl and Beth had something they needed to prove to themselves. #5. They both balanced each other out what Daryl lacked he got from Beth and what Beth lacked he got from Daryl... and in the End they fell in love with each other through friendship and trust! 😍😊😔 R.I.P Beth. ❤
