This scene feels so natural. It doesn't feel scripted at all. Firing Frank was a big mistake, his writing was real. It had heart.

Looking back it's pretty impressive the show managed to be as good as it did for so long (Season 5 is the lst good one in my book) after the colossal mistake they made in firing Frank. Oh what could have been...

It’s scenes like this that made me fall in love with this show. There is just something about scenes like this. They’re not killing walkers or fighting other people, of course that great as well however in scenes like this they are just in the moment with each other having deep conversation, non of these people would have really even given each other a second thought before the fall, now they’re family and would do anything for each other, that’s something that makes Rick’s group so powerful and why they will always prevail. So powerful for some reasons.

what’s even cooler to think about is that season 5 episode 12-16 are all named based on this speech. “I give it to you, not that you may *Remember* (5x12) time, but that you may *Forget* (5x13) it. For a moment now and then, and not *Spend* (5x14) all of your breath *Trying* (5x15) to *Conquer* (5x16) it.
