I bet no one would be reading this but I'm hoping someone replies. Lot of people Hate Jane because she committed suicide, but lets see things from her POV for once. Notwithstanding what people say on it, suicide was still an honorable choice for Jane. Who in their right minds would want to bring a child into such a monstrous world? Jane also knew she was no good with a 'burden', dependent people would only make her weaker, she believed, which is also right if you really think on it. The very reason she chose to stick with Clem and not others because Clem and she were both powerful and independent personalities. Coming to when she hid the baby to prove a point. I dont necessarily see it as wrong as long as she hid the baby away from any real danger (and I do think he was sufficiently out of danger). Kenny had become a wild dog, obsessive and overly possessive, batshit out of his mind. Such unstable personalities do not bode well in an apocalyptic world, neither for himself, nor for others around him. And someone had to prove it. Sure, her act was deceptive, but it was also pragmatic and a sure way to prove what a mad dog Kenny had turned out to be. In a world full of corruption and danger, a bit of deception goes a long way, as long as we dont use it over people whom we call family (which kenny wasnt, but Clem was for her). Her act was questionable, definately, but it was either a wild dog or a shrewd woman. I chose the latter for Clem's safely. I admit I do regret my choice to a certain extent, but thats only because I know Kenny would have gladly given his life for Clem (but then again with someone like Jane, Clems chances of being in such a lifethreatening situation itself is far reduced for like I said, shes pragmatic, she will find a way to escape all the chaos and gore) If she hadnt been pregnant, she and Clem would have survived for years and years together. They were survivors, they were perfect for each other. Fucking Luke seeded her, thats where things went awry. Even she didn't see that coming. Have you ever considered - what if she loved her unborn baby enough to not let it be born. if youre read the novel 'beloved' (famous book apparantly, won the pulitzer price in 1980s), you would know how sometimes motherly love can be so strong that it can enable a mother to even murder their own children. Poor Jane, what was she to do? How the fuck could she get an abortion in such a world? She knew the baby would be trouble, one baby already was, two babies would have been disastrous. She knew Clem was a survivor, and she knew that by killing herself, she might as well be saving Clem and herself the additional risk. Perhaps she wasnt ready to be a mother yet. Perhaps she was afraid that she would give birth and then die in the process, leaving clem with two babies. I know it for a fact that she did love Clem, who in their right minds wouldnt love the only person they have in an apocalyptic world. She didnt take the easy way out, suicide was a hard choice for her as it meant Clem would be left alone with a dependent baby (or perhaps two dependent baby in the birth process), but it was still a better choice than letting a baby come into a world that is beyond monstrous; so futile an act it would have been, to risk both their lives for something like that. People are complex, lets just not pass rushed judgement. We sympathise with Kenny because we know his early story, but dont u think we would have sympathised with Jane as well had we been given more time with her, perhaps from the start? Now imagine you met Kenny in S3 for the first time, known his life story merely though narration and storytelling (not gameplay) and in the end was asked to make a choice, I bet more than 50% here would be siding with Jane right now for then people would not have been so clouded by emotions. But thats someone we cant afford in an apocalptic world can we? emotions.

At the end of the day she still left Clem and Aj alone because of her own foolish mistake I don't think people hate her because she committed suicide because she thought she'd be a burden But they hate how they left her because she decided to fool around with Luke. Her own mistakes costed her her life and effected other's lives negatively. She probably saw how rebecca died giving birth so she thought she'd also die so why not pull the plug early? Now there's some people who would think "just kill it" I personally don't agree with that but if we're going with that mentality, gotta do what you gotta do to survive and help others survive, even if it means taking a life, suicide is a cowards and it's a selfish way out according to some people

Wow. This is very very long and quite interesting. How long did it take you to write this?
@sirpranabR2 жыл бұрын
@@IUNA247 haha , wow, someone actually recognised what i wrote. Well I'm answering and very gladly - I don't really remember how many minutes it took me to write it but I do remember writing it all in one go. So here's how i came to these conclusions - I went through the internet andnoticed a lot of people sided with Kenny Instead of Jane. However in my play through I had let Kenny die and the more comments i read, the more I realised that i was in odds against the world. I desperately needed to defend my stance and prove to the world why I was right (to let Kenny die). I thought some. I reflected at why my decision seemed right at that time. No matter what i did, or thought, i just simply couldn't convince myself that killing Jane is the right choice. I guess I'm a pragmatic person ay heart and my pragmatic mind told me to choose Jane or Kenny for this this reason. As I wrote, i understood more and more of my reasoning for choosing Jane over Kenny..i kept writing. I didn't realise it had become such a long message.
@IUNA2472 жыл бұрын
@@sirpranabR In one go? That's insane!! I don't like the fact that the person playing this game killed Jane because she hid AJ to prove a point to Clem that Kenny was dangerous but I also wouldn't have like it if he/she had killed Kenny because he only snapped because he thought Jane had murdered the child. There was no way of telling whether or not Jane had or hadn't killed AJ without making a choice (unless you had played the game before): 1. Shoot Kenny (which would result in his death due to blood loss) 2. Look away (Kenny would stab Jane in the chest, causing her death) 3. Do nothing (Which if I remember correctly, isn't an option. But if I am wrong and it IS an option then I think Clem's inability to make a decision would result in Jane being killed by Kenny or vice versa.) So either way, one of the two (or both of them if Clem chose to shoot Kenny shortly after Jane's death) was going to end up dead. I have no idea if what I wrote above even made any sense at all but I'll let you decide that. Anyways since you write alot I think you could become a writer in the future. Your comment was very long, kinda like an essay to me. Very informative as well.

Pregnancy is nothing more than hell. Especially in this world. I'm glad that I can't have children. I want to be a princess. Not stupid mother. Jane and Kenny are both bad. Jane is a psychopath. She is like Clementine in this season. Psychopath. Kenny is too agressive and too dangerous to be around him. He is also toxic type of male who wants everyone to do what he wants. I let Clem stay in Welington so Kenny could be alive and suffer.
