Depends. When they added them in 12w21a, they shared the inventory and in 12w24a they changed it so they are player specific. And in Duncan-Hannah video, she said she found some stuff in the Ender Chest, so I assume this was pre-12w24a and she took the stuff...

They are using either A'therys Ascended or John Smith for the texture pack Hard to tell, because A'therys borrows heavily from John Smith. They are both updated to 1.6 though, so you can use them
