@brendalee74113 жыл бұрын
Johnny Crawford, was the young actor, who played, Mark McCain, on the very popular western, TheRifleman. Lucas McCain, played his father. You did get one thing right, the Black actor, Lynn Hamilton, who played, Verdie. That wasn't hard, I guess.

Inaccurate !, Photos mixed up, come on, delete this and redo it so its accurate ! Will Geer was born in 1902 - and died in 1978 so he wasn't 21 in 1972 ! this could be quite interesting if you got your facts accurate.
@sharidavenport52833 жыл бұрын
Sheesh!! Seven months later, it's still not fixed! They can't do basic arithmetic? If you subtract 1902 from 1972 you come up with ......??? Seventy (70)!! If you really got 21 out of that, you've got no business doing KZbin videos - you need to be back in remedial arithmetic classes! This isn't even complicated enough to call it "mathematics" - That's basic 1st grade arithmetic. 🤦🏼♀️

@sharidavenport52833 жыл бұрын
And nine months later, no attempts have been made to correct them either! At least the ones that were pointed out nine months ago have yet to be corrected! It's like nobody who made this thing gives a rat's hat about correcting their grotesquely obvious errors, when they can mislead others who haven't seen the show lately about the identities of the actors and their characters. It's very disingenuous to post such a thing, and then not come back later on to find out, or correct, any errors that may have been made. After having grown up watching this show - I was in 8th grade at 13 in 1971 when the show first premiered - and continued to watch it through the end, when I was married at 19 in 1976, and gave birth to our first child in 1979, when I was 22! Plus, watching again over the years on reruns and syndication up to and including right now, I can recite every script, and name every credited actor and character who's ever been on the show. Don't even try to put this nonsense out there in front of me! And I'm SURE there are numerous others who could say the same!

Inaccurate! Lesley Winston played Cindy Walton. Get it right KZbinrs.
@sharidavenport52833 жыл бұрын
Yeah! Who the heck is "Sean Monroe"?? No character on this show, that's for sure. And the next young lady, Nicole Eggert, identified as "Cindy Brunson Walton" was not Cindy Brunson Walton. She MAY have played Cindy on the show early on when Ben was shown a time or two dating a young blonde girl driving a red convertible, to whom we were never introduced, before Leslie Winston was given the actual part, but she was never married to Ben, so never carried the last name Walton. Only Leslie carried that honor.
@KJTV672 жыл бұрын
@@sharidavenport5283 I googled it (didn't we all) And found out Nicole Eggert was born in 1972, and not surprisingly she was not on "the Waltons"-or any of the reunion movies! Mr. Meathead lives up to his name!

Ralph Waite was 85 when he passed, not 92, please get your facts straight...
@sharidavenport52833 жыл бұрын
#1 Kami Cotler's name does not have a "V" on the end; *#2 Ralph Waite played John Walton, Sr.; *#3 Earl Hammer, Jr. Played The Narrator, as himself - *your photos are transposed, showing the wrong actors with the wrong names. They need to be flip-flopped to show the proper names and the right images. #4 Will Geer was born in 1902, which means in 1972 he was 70, not 21!! He also is DEAD, having passed away in April, 1978, while the show was in hiatus, after Season 6 was done filming, and before Season 7 began. The first episode of Season 7, was called "The Empty Nest," and addressed his passing. He is not still alive in 2021!! #5 Leslie Winston did not play a character named Sean Monroe in this series, as there was no such character in The Walton's. She played Cindy Brunson Walton, Ben Walton's wife. #6 Nicole Eggert did not play Cindy Brunson Walton. Likely she was the uncredited actress who played Cindy Brunson who was only seen once or twice as the blonde young woman dating Ben, who drove the red convertible Ben was seen exiting, but not introducing her during that season. She was never Cindy Brunson Walton, since Leslie Winston was given the part before they married. #7 John Crawford played Sheriff Ep Bridges, but that "now" photo is not him. That is actor Johnny Crawford, who played the young son of Lucas McCain, named Mark McCain, in "The Rifleman." #8 Mariclare Costello played Miss Rosemary Hunter, the school teacher at Walton's Mountain School, until she married Reverend Matthew Fordwick, and stopped teaching to become Mrs. Matthew Fordwick. #9 Cissy Wellman, who played Sissy Walker, was already married in real life to Robert Donner, who played Yancy Tucker, and they also married as those characters on the show! #10 A couple of notable replacements are never addressed. First, John Boy's original actor, Richard Thomas, who left the show regularly after five seasons, was switched to Robert Wightman, in seasons 8 and 9, even though he neither looked nor sounded like the "original" John Boy at All! Richard Thomas came back in season 6 briefly, and then only in the Walton's movies and specials. Also, Curtis Willard, originally played by Tom Bower, was replaced in the season 9 episodes "The Whirlwind," and "The Tempest," and was played by Scott Hylands. It was probably not a bad idea at the time, as Tom Bower, who was already 37 when he started the series - and marrying a 19-20 year old Mary Ellen(?) - technically old enough to be her father? - would have been even more obviously older than Mary Ellen by this time! (Not trying to call out "ageism" or "cradle robbing" but his age difference over Mary Ellen at the time was obvious even to me then! And I am only 2 years older than she is.) So, for two joined episodes, Scott Hylands got the part, while Tom's inability to play the part was explained away by him being unavailable at the time, due to scheduling issues. I never understood why they felt the need to write these two episodes at all. They really never served any logical purpose, or advanced the overall story line. It would have made much more sense to leave him dead, since everyone had already been operating under that premise. I mean, the Army actually sent back his personal effects, and wrote a whole episode around the young Hispanic soldier bringing his medal, awarded posthumously, back to Virginia to give to Mary Ellen in person. A whole lot of things would have to happen with a medical officer being treated for such grave injuries, with amnesia, to identify him. It's unlikely that since he stayed for at least 4 months in Hawaii for treatment of his injuries, at least while he was still in a coma, and then woke up from it with amnesia, that NOBODY would have recognized him or been able to use just "process of elimination" to see who is missing, or has been missing since the attack, who has been definitively identified as dead at some point in time, and "Hey! Lookie here!" Surely it wouldn't be that difficult. But, TV being what it is, logic frequently doesnt actually enter into that equation!
