Sadly Cancer don't care about what the person wants. I lost two friends due to cancer this year, one to gliobastoma (diagnosed early, stage 1back in 2015, died last month) and my other friend to osteosarcoma (diagnosed last year, she got chemotherapy, radiotherapy and got her leg amputated). Yet none of this was enough and she passed away last week. Both were 24. My one friend graduated as an engineer, my other friend had to drop out of school as the cancer got very aggressive. I hope Tom gets some alternative treatments as the conventional ones will only stop the cancer for a small period of time, and then it'll come back more aggressively.

He would never say "why me?" but would have fought it with all he has got as he is currently doing. I have been The Wanted fan for a decade and this guy is not a quitter or whiner. I won't stand any ill wor thrown towards him.

I pray every day for him since finding out about his diagnosis. I pray for Tom to be granted a miracle and live a happy, healthy long life with his beautiful family. If you watch "The Wanted Life" reality show you'd never believe this guy is the joyful one he once was. He was a firecracker, the soul of the group. This is so unfair.

I lost my dad for lung cancer last year. I saw and got through the all things he did or worse and it has been literally soooo hard like words can’t describe it. Like I’m still in grief for the loss. I saw my dad lost his weight like Tom. I saw my dad was in much pain mentally, physically which healthy people can’t imagine. I’ve been a fan of this band since when I was a teenager and still pretty much love them. Now again have to see my favourite person battles for this shit and it really hurts me. I’m so proud of you Tom for what you achieved last night. I pray for you from bottom of my heart for overcoming this illness.

My Dad was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma in May 2015 and he passed away in March 2017. His was operable and 98% of the tumour was removed but this cancer has tenticle like features so it couldn't all be removed. Unfortunately, it grew from what was left after the operation and he went into rapid decline within a month of him passing away. So sad! Praying for him.
