They made enough of everything including canned peaches, tomatoes, cabbage (sauerkraut), meat/meals like you did to last through the winter months and into the spring. Plus fresh eggs every day from the chicken coop.

However, I think that can be found via an internet search. In general, it has to be for quite a time period to kill bacteria, spores, etc.

Прививаемая детям способность к состраданию к животным (а животные - это и рыбы) не позволила бы им в дальнейшем становиться преступниками по отношению и к людям… Любопытный факт, о котором не многие знают: жиры в пищеварительной системе вначале расщепляются на жирные кислоты, но потом, если им предстоит быть отложенными в теле «про запас», то те жирные кислоты вновь объединяются в структуры жиров, идентичные первоначальным. А такие структуры - видоспецифичны. Так например, если некто обожает свиной жир, то именно из свиной плоти состоят жировые отложения в его собственном теле. Иначе говоря, его тело в значительной мере становится свиным. Собственные же - человеческие по химическому составу - жиры образуются в наших телах из углеводов. Углеводы - это и сахара, и крахмалы. Достаточное их количество мы получаем из семян злаков, из овощей, фруктов и т.д. Для похудения. Используйте короткие голодания, только голодать надо с водой и не больше трех дней, при слабости пить подслащенную воду, т.к. при наличии сахаров распад жира происходит быстрее. Если же есть желание поголодать дольше - то это можно делать только под контролем специалиста по лечебному голоданию. Выход из голодания должен быть плавным. Первые приёмы пищи лучше делать из соков и фруктов. На несколько дней следует полностью исключить поваренную соль - иначе возможен отёк тканей тела. Белки, жиры и углеводы содержатся одновременно практически в каждом естественном продукте: молоке, любом зерне, любом овоще и т.д. - но в разных соотношениях. Питание наше должно быть сбалансированным, в молоке и яйцах есть все необходимые человеку так называемые «незаменимые» аминокислоты - важнейшие составные компоненты белков. Микроэлементами очень богата морская капуста. Отмечу ещё, что люди, которые, удовлетворяя своё чревоугодие, питаются телами убитых животных, должны быть готовы к тому, чтобы потом не обижаться за собственную боль. Да, так нас Бог учит Любви. Причина рака, например (на ряду: с курением, алкоголем, агрессивными эмоциями) - и от чревоугодного питания: как мясом, так рыбой и моллюсками... Человек, по своей биологической природе, - не хищник. Но многие люди - по своей воле или из подражания другим - делают себя хищниками. Многие люди совсем не задумываются, как получаются, например, колбаса, сосиски… Они гладят кошечек и собачек, умиляются птенчикам или пушистым зверькам. А потом они же хвастаются сделанными из них дорогими шубками… Всё это - как в «параллельных мирах» для них существует… Большинство людей, например, не готово представить своих любимых питомцев - вкусной едой…

Моя мама в Молдавии делала такие консервы из чистого мяса. Конечно, с добавлением лаврового листа, перца горошками. Я училась в Иркутске и она мне присылала такие баночки. Необыкновенно вкусно. Также знаю, что в Молдавии такие же умелые хозяйки, как в Сербии. Я не ошиблась насчет Сербии? Когда там забивают поросенка, его очень быстро разделывали и что возможно консервировали.

Надо, чтобы крышки были вдавленные, не надувались . Если надуваюися после остывания продукта, не сохранится. Наберите таню из Сербии. Там идет перевод сразу....

Thank you for the idea, it's great to have a full meal in a can! I think it's important to also mention to make sure the PH is under 4.6 to avoid botulism, otherwise you could die from eating it if that particular bacteria grows. Botulism is not killed by boiling. (If PH is higher than 4.6 you can still do it in a pressure canner to stay safe)

I am watching from the US. I like your recipes. They are not complicated but are delicious. The meals in a jar would be great for eliminating wasted food when there is no way to refrigerated any leftovers. It could be made in large jars for families or small jars for individuals.

​@@lintonpairin the US what she has just shown would not be advisable and would not be considered food safe. I'm a former University of California Cooperative Extension trained Master Food Preserver. I cringed several times. I wouldn't even taste this. Doesn't mean this will kill you or make you sick but doing what was done here does increase the possibility. That said, after my courses I came away swearing not to eat any home canned meat no matter who made it. It's scary how much can go wrong no matter how closely someone adheres to "best practices".
