You guys are actually quite wrong on your information on Ketosis. It has nothing to do with starving... It's a healthy fats based diet where you limit your carb and sugar intake and your body starts burning fat by turning it into Ketones because you are limiting the glucose in your diet. Calorie wise I probably eat more than I did before I went on it and I've lost 85 lbs. Just saying.

Glad you said that. Although I think they were just trying to be funny, through the idea that unless you are into that type of diet, the average person may have heard the term in passing, but doesn’t know what it means. That said, I wish they would have left out the “starving” part, and just kept the rest of the joking about it.
