Last Sunday we began to look at the second coming of Christ in Rev. 19:11-20:6 with the pre-millennialist view of Christ’s return, rage, and reign. We learned how Christ will establish His earthly kingdom for a 1000 years. Today in our text Rev. 20:7-21:8 we will learn when the 1000 years ends, the devil will be released. There will be a final war that will end all wars in which:
1). Christ will defeat the devil and throw him into the lake of fire for eternity (Rev. 20:7-10)
2). Christ will destroy death and throw it into the lake of fire for eternity (Rev. 20:11-14).
3). Christ will damn the deniers and throw them into the lake of fire for eternity (Rev. 20:15-Rev. 21:8)
