This was just after the Horsehead Debacle - Dominion ships had no munitions for Planetary Bombardment weapons as a result. Eventually they would regret that, but that's another story

Yeah AI isn't great at differentiating orbital vs ground combat. One thinks controlling the orbit would be important. But apparently they just drop soldiers onto a planet and then leave. Or something.

about what I was thinking, a captain would command a company with lieutenants leading platoons, so if a captain is commanding a battalion there had to be heavy loses to the high command. depending what the battalion did I would expect a Lt. Colonel or Major to lead a battalion. plus the people that write these never use combined forces so it is always just ground fights with no armored vehicles, air cover, artillery or heavy weapons ships firing down from space on call for support.

I’d be MORE worried if AI knew EXACTLY how humans fought wars with just some rando on the internet asking “ChatGPT, write me an accurate story about humans defeating alien forces from the stars”

I am not a high school teacher, I am a retired electronics engineer who works on the side and listens to stories as I program embedded code for older IC chips as an independent contractor. there should be at least 4-5 million of human soldiers to wage a planet liberating war... and with mechanisation and gunships and what not. it would be better if there was a mention of several simultaneous continent sampaigns and this story was but a single fraction of the global world liberation campaign

This is a good story but it's marred by the lack of attention to proof reading. You subtitles have no punctuation and and the text is repetitive. I know this is AI generated but I'm sure there must be the means to proof-read.

Good story. Gave it a thumbs up. But you should listen to the criticism others have made. I for one, don't like the forced close captioning. And the scene does not change to match the narrative. Therefore, I won't subscribe.

Jeez if I had a penny for every monotonous reiteration of the same basic sentence in this story I would probably have 3-4 dollars. There is like 2-3 minutes of actual story and then just regurgitation of the same sentences over and over and over and over and over and over again. What did AI write it? I dont think any human could be that boring.

There were some good stories before. I liked the one with dragons that ended up living on Venus. Another story I liked had a species called the Threen. I can’t find them anymore.
