Zygors addon and base data is free, but them charging for ADDITIONAL DATA to expand the functionality is not against TOS as the addon itself and its base functions are free. That is how they skirt the TOS rules about addons.

I paid for Zygor many years. There's a lot of hard work put into making Zygor the way it is. Do I think you should pay monthly? No. One time fee would suffice and an upgrade fee for each expansion. Monthly fees nearly reach up to what you pay for WoW.

Honestly the biggest win add on wise for me has been Elvui. I know it's intimidating as all hell, but I can't go back now that I have my UI set up the way I like it. The biggest win it did for me was that I set up macros within the action bars to page when I hold alt, shift, or ctrl. This freed up a massive amount of real estate for my action bars and made more room for weak auras and other goodies. Can't say good enough things about that.

For bags I would 100% recommend Baganator. I've used Adibags for several expansions and Baganator adds some additional functionality that Adibags has always lacked.

Bro, you can't mix Dialog UI with Zygor. Zygor is build for fast pace leveling. You click on NPC and the quest log disappears. That's how fast Zygor is. Dialog UI is obsolete.

Actually you dont need any addons to play the game, go try playing beta some time and you will notice that essentially all your addons don't work. Now addons like Weak Auras and DBM make the game easier by knowing certain data points, you don't need them to play and enjoy the game.
