I was using healium for years, cell was the first one to 100% replace it for me. It also (thankfully) forced me to make some mouse over macros and now I’ve climbed higher than I EVER have. Cell is phenomenal, highly reccomend!!!

Oh MAN... I was just thinking I like to use class colour's so if I change the frame color when debuffed I won't see the class colour and it's gonna jump around like skittles. Then I saw the gradient at 4:19. Absolutely sold

Its insane. its raidframes that just work... and dont look shit out of the box, Has a 100y old W95 Menu or needs 3 other addons to work. BTW, iirc if you just use the healer setup somewhere in the right upper corner, it already comes with those Buffs for Healing, at least it did for me.

I thought it was a hot mess next to Vuhdo. The main differences are no hostile casting (major deal breaker for me), no key layout profiles and Vuhdo's bouquets are incredible once you know what you're doing with them.

Vuhdo is spaghetti code at this stage of it's life. You can do hostile casting in cell it's literally targeted spells

Cell has to do everything by icons, that's a show-stopper for me. With Vuhdo I can create a bouquet of things like defensives, immunities, damage cds, etc and show a generic indicator to know what's happening to that unit. Do not want to squint at frames to see what good + what bad is happening to them. Cell was close though. It has some indicators, the only problem is that they do not stay on for the duration of what they're indicating, just a quick flash when activated.

I love Vuhdo and I have used with Clique for ages. This, is the tl;dr version of it but it works surprisingly well.

Incredible for PvP healing saving bars for damage and cc and keeping heals for cell I used to use heal bot as a monk in WOD and it was unfair how slippery I was

I was using vuhdo when i switched from healbot back in since wrath. I finally had to give it up with all the fps stuttering I was getting. i switched to cell and I like it. its been the better alternative. I've never really liked Grid. Clique with normal raid frames just isn't enough. So, Cell has been the best alternative for me.

Big fan of being able to configure indicators so visually. Elvui config for that is so indirect by comparison. Clique works with all frames in game and has conditionals for things like dead or not, in combat or not, help or harm - can’t see myself switching away from that.

I've been using the old, "basic" Healbot and it had everything I needed. Same stuff as Cell. Anyway, my question is: Can I somehow see as a reminder what is bind to my buttons? Like what spells? With Healbot, I was able to see what spells are bind to what button when I just hovered over the party member. WHen i clicked SHIFT it showed was it bind to it, CTRL etc... This way I didnt have to memorize what spell is bind to what button. Does Click have something like that? I would have to go back to healbot otherwise.

Unless something has changed, the only thing keeping me from swapping to Cell is that you can't "click cast" over your player frame when you're solo. If that changes, I would gladly switch to Cell.

Nice video. How does it handle having 2 spells on one bind? I am a mouse clicker (I tried the other ways but I am just too old school that my mind can't do it hahaha) and my mouse has 9 buttons on top. As a resto shaman I have one of my buttons when hovering over a player or frame lets me riptide. That same button also lets me cast healing rain if I am not over anything. So I can click HR and it shows the green circle, than I can drop it anywhere. Does this let you do that? If not than I have to stay with vuhdo/clique. Now if this lets me use clique with it, than I will probably try this out because I do like the profile thing. Being able to not have to always adjust my healing bars between raid/arena/bg and M+ sounds really good.

I mean all this is readily available in the game now in the UI edit mode and click cast keybinding introduced with Dragonflight. I don't use any addon for UI or healing anymore, except very basic plater and weakaura. Plus I like and flyplatebuffs and bigdebuffs.

@@coryp6868 yep, takes a couple min to set up mouseover click casts via options > keybinds > click casts now. I usually put 5-7 abilities on my simple mouse with shift modifiers and sometimes I put in macros. Faster and more intuitive UI than healbot, clique and vuhdoo and has the exact functionality as shown here with just as easy set up. Drag and drop, click and save.

I'm having issues when I'm in a group with the opposite faction. My click casting just doesn't work on them and places all of the healing on me. Even trying to single target a chrono flames on them won't work just says invalid target. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Does cell allow for basic mouse-over party frame casting without making a macro for every spell and without having to click-cast? I want to be able to mouse-over all my heals using my party frames, but I don't want mouse over to be active when just holding cursor over a players character for example. Only the party frames, while also overriding my current target. I have always been able to do this with vuhdo, but I've never enjoyed vuhdo's user interface.

Maybe I'm being picky, but this isn't a replacement for ElvUI. Perhaps a replacement for ElvUI's party/raid frames, but ElvUI is a total overhaul of the UI experience and Cell is not. Most certainly is a replacement for Vuhdo/Healbot which has been sorely needed imo.

I dont main a healer but i always liked healing so I usualy do some healing on an alt. I've used VuhDo since for ever and i'm so used to it, 2 things though, that always bugged me is that you can't move the frames in combat (might be an option for that?) and if someone leave/join during combat they wont show up in VuhDo untill i drop out of combat (might be a option for that aswell?) anywho... how does Cell do this? Can you move frames in combat and will new people show up during combat? =) And yeah like some people already said, it looks realy good.

Generally the same thing but this is WAY easier to do in every regard.

Click casting is a separate set of binds that only work on party frames. Using the addon Clique I bind instant heals to my mouse left click and right click, so I can right click someone to Riptide them but I can still right click to interact with things in the world. Right click, left click, scroll wheel up, scroll wheel down, shift click, scroll wheel click, etc… I get to retain functions while taking lots of pressure off of my other keybinds. Cell has that Clique functionality built in so it’s one less addon.

I personally don't use any heal addon , and since blizz added mouse over cast for me it is the best thing , because I've did my binds in such a order that no matter what class healer or dps or tank spec I play when I press a button it does the same on every char , like stun is on the same bind for every char or aoe heal or big heal 😁😁 the addon looks great but I don't wanna learn new binds

I've been using VuhDo since WotLK and since they've revamped the UI and gave us the edit mode.. I ditched all these unit fraim addons because the default UI can do all these things and you don't need to keep an eye on it to update it.. Why use an addon when the game already does it? It's just annoying when the author takes their time to update things and you're waiting to be able to heal.. Honestly just use the default stuff its way better than most addons and so easy to set up.

Unfortunately no. Clique cannot be used with it. I struggled with that change too but honestly I prefer cells integration now

Make sure your mouseover casts are turned on in the general game options. Regular mouseovers from keybinds should work then. Then abandon Clique and set up all those weird mouse binds in Cell.
