Additional Warband screens is something I would LOVE to see, I've always wished I could choose which expansion's log in screen I see and this would be a great way to implement something similar to that. Could have Warband screens inspired by various expansion log-in screens obtainable via Timewalking or something.

My wishes on Warbands moving forward: >Being able to better organize my long ass character list. >Warband backgrounds with different and selectable poses (They already took the roster system from Lost Ark, take the backgrounds too 🤣 copy and improve Blizz, you used to know the drill) >Using Warband characters on follower dungeons. >Player housing and being able to have Warband characters hanging around with some basic routines like drinking, smithing, training ,etc- (maybe customizable?)

@@heragon58 It's the issue of powerleveling 5 characters at once while only controlling one of them. That's against Blizzard's stated philosophy against botting. One character doing one action per button press.

@@willythemailboy2 i don't see it as an issue. For many of us that would be a quality of life update on that philosophy. As is that they don't have stupid systems that make you wait or grind needlesly anymore. I hate leveling up my alts. It just feels like repeating things and that is not fun. Botting on the other hand expands on everything else as well except maybe m+ and content relevant raids. That is bullshit, i agree with them on that. So maybe they just need to update the "philosophy" that this specific thing is ok, but everything else will give you a nice, long or permanent vacation to the shadow realms

They should really show if you have something waiting for you in the Vault, just like the mail icon. I have multiple chars and I forget all the time if I made progress or not :P

If you try a personal craft order to another server ("Player-Server") it says "That player does not exist", so it doesn't currently work. You can see cross-server craft orders in guild orders. But it's good to know they may add it, it would make it easier to craft for alts or help friends on other servers Good interview, nice to see they seem open to feedback as to how they can change/improve Warbands (and have experienced some of the same things players have)

Great questions. I really hope to see more filers or multiple warbands for organization and the ability to use warband members in follower dungeons and maybe delves. I haven’t played a delve yet so I’m not sure what it all involves.

I was deleting alts and a confirmed bug deleted the character at the top of my roster instead. My main character who I had ready for the xpac is now deleted. Blizz says sorry have to wait until character restoration is back on the customer side. This is what I get for pre ordering

Blizzard deleted my main character with a bug when I made a new character on a linked starter account on another server with the same name. They then refused to restore the character saying that restores are disabled. This was THEIR bug and their fuck up and they are refusing to restore the character. I have been going back and forth on this for for over 2 weeks with support with no escalation path. This is not my only support issue currently. There is also a game breaking bug with two main story quests completely bugged out in Dragonflight. I cant even play on an alt and enjoy the game. There seems to be ZERO way to speak to an actual person. How can support be this horrific?

This is going to sound weird and to some even shocking: But the long list of all my chars gave me a lot of anxiety, so I ended up deleting many of them. I had too many anyway, so I stuck with what I can handle and threw the rest out. More options for us to customize how we see the login screen would be great.

I dig the idea of dungeon teleports being updated. I really dont like the current implementation. I'd much prefer to keep it in the spellbook, but have its own separate tab at the top, have them in chronological order by expansions (kinda how spec spells are spearated in the spellbook). I feel that keeps the fantasy while give some QOL. General tab gets too messy already imo

When the warband was first used at Blizzcon last year my initial thought went to follower the follower dungeon mechanic. I thought wow how cool would that be to build a group from my own characters where as my alts would warband with my main in each role eg. heals, tank, DPS. Then when I seen the new login screen it led me to further believe that the 4 slots was my warband. Very disappointed to later learn that the 4 slots were just favorites for faster character selection and login of my most played. Also disappointing that the term warband is just a new way of saying account bound only we expanded it to include all characters on all accounts can share many more items and gold regardless of faction or server. As has been for more than a decade of redress/repaint slight upgrade to things already in place.

To this moment, I struggle to understand what Warbands are suppose to be. 'Bound to Warband' is just the new Account Bound, since I can send items to any character I have, not just the "favoured" Warband. There's no in-game purpose for them, other than sharing currencies? Also.. _"if there were a dupe in the game, that would be a major issue for the game's economy"_ is rather rich coming from a game with the WoW token.

Sharing quest completion, achievements, exploration, reputation, flight points and probably a few more things I'm missing. The "favored" warband means absolutely nothing, it's literally just the four shown on the login screen. All of your characters are in the warband.

First of all thats a very Western thing, there are cultures where it's ladies last cause men were supposed to check for danger etc. Also whoever has seniority based on age or position is also a thing. Second of all it's not 18th century, who cares.
