I'm interested to know what the price will be for these boxes of 32 infantry miniatures and the old regular Knights. I have an idea to use infantry and knights for the Cities of Sigmar if the Bretonnian models can be bought cheaper and in larger quantities. And all fantasy fans will need square bases; these can be sold at a high price.

That’s the big question now - price will be a big factor in some people returning or not returning. Luckily there are a few companies selling square bases so it shouldn’t be too bad.

@@knightofthetabletop For me the price of square bases doesn't matter, I won't need it. I even think I could swap out the square bases for some fantasy players in exchange for round and oval bases. But GW can prepare a trick for the players: their new square bases may differ markedly from the old fantasy ones. "Return of the Old World" is not a charity, it is a business. The old capitalistic world.

Hello again! I just was SHOCKED by today's discovery! It turns out that the “lich on the dragon” promised in some TOW rumors for the Tomb Kings is - Ionus Cryptborn! This happens because people don't understand what they see.

Technically you could say the foot knights from 3rd edition are the same/similar but they weren’t a thing when I was playing.

@knightofthetabletop yeah, and you could only run a Knightnof foot if they had the Virtue of empathy. Love the video clear keep it up. Only just kinda realised, no questing knights. But the addition of a block of decent heavy infantry with maybe a decent save will be awesome

No, it's based on the Angevin Empire, ie England and half of France, during a time when the English nobles all spoke French, which is why in lore the noble Bretonnians have French names and the peasants very often have English names - and why else would Arthurian and Robin Hood characters be in the army?
