If you told a rock/metal fan a decade ago that women from Japan and Mexico will reinvigorate rock and metal music, probably he would had you committed to an asylum. But here we are. With The Warning and Band-Maid from the rock side and Lovebites and BABYMETAL and Nemophila from the metal side, the present of the genres is female, kicking and screaming and head banging forward. Rock/metal will not die and passionate smart women is the reason why. What an era to be alive!

add the Ukraine to that list of countries. Tatiana Shmaylyuk of the band Jinjer is amazing, doing all the vocals and writing almost all of their song lyrics. If you've never heard of them, check out their songs on KZbin. As to the Warning, their future is limitless, with youth, talent, songwriting ability, beauty and media savvy on their side, they can only go up, up up.

I can't even express how "proud" I feel towards this masterpiece. I had nothing to do with it, but I had faith that this would happen some day. Just little moments in this video give me such joy. Dany's smirk, Ale's smirk, a brief cutaway to Pau smacking the kit with total abandon at the end of the song. The knowledge that Ale stepped up to the mic for the second vocal. Of course Dany's ascension vocally...there are no words for it. All the multilayered time signatures Pau is casually smashing at us. The richness of the bass line as if Ale somehow siphoned Geezer Butler's life force in an anime dream sequence. Yeah, I go on a lot...🤷 So proud, so happy, so looking forward to seeing them live and MAYBE getting a signed album. Rockstars. They are really truly Rockstars now.

This song is a sonic tsunami!! No doubt that these sisters are insanely talented and will become rock legends!! On the lyrics: "'Choke' is a song about drowning in your feelings and coming to terms with them," the band shared in a press release. “Recording it with David Bendeth (while he was in quarantine!) Was an incredible experience and he really worked with us to bring the song to life.” Viva The Warning!!

I'm saying this for the first time, and I've seen probably five-hundred reaction videos .......... I really enjoy your reactions. I do. Fun fact, if anyone else of the Warning Army hasn't told you, there was a sweet this little first time ever happening in this song. During that break where there's just voices singing like angels. Lead sing Dany's voice is slightly backed off as if in the background. The lower lead voice in that section is little sister Ale. First time her voice has ever been recorded in a song outside of the great backing vocals that she's so great at doing. I believe this is their breakout song. By the end of 2021 The Warning will be widely known by fans of rock music.. and probably even those who aren't. Thank you for this review. So honest and full of energy.

The gals warned us ( pun intended) that the new album was gonna be heavier than anything they had done before, and David captured it. 1 thing I like about TW is they don't feel the need to try and cram a lead guitar solo into every song.. their songs just work the way they are! We were told it was gonna be good, and the gals never lie. And yes, all 3 look fantastic. Dani's got you from the start with that grin. Ale and her swagger, also has a subtle crooked grin ( if you catch it) and she knows she's got ya. Pau, with the improvised safety pin shirt she made herself, looks all business, and IMO just plain evil. LOL

I've got to say, these girls are not bad at all. That being said, they need to sign with a label that isn't American. Why? Because I honestly think that if they do, the quality of their music will suffer. Given that, this song has Halestorm vibes -- at least the lead singer does, without nearly the amount of distortion that Lzzy Hale uses.

In this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJjOanienLJ9iMU I can see the subs button next to the settings button and that lets me know that I can change into English ( _or Swedish_ ) if I click it and make it red at the bottom first. 😉
