You have been warned! Cool reaction! The Warning is not properly a metal band, it is a band with talent and the ability to move widely across the rock spectrum, from classic rock, hard rock, punk to heavy and trash metal. In my opinion and surely that of many who will like here, the best rock band of recent times.

Every professional musician, that these three work with, becomes quickly enamored. They are fortunate, to have earned some great mentors. Very early on, a member of the band Los Claxsons ( a Mexican metal band), took them under his wing, and taught them how to play live, what a writing session entailed and what was required to be a professional band. Shortly after that, they band attended the Berklee College of Music summer program, where they picked up another great mentor. Dave Ellefson was one of the guest instructors, and he became, and still is a big help to them. He recently took to social media, to congratulate Alejandra on becoming a featured Spector artist.

Thanks for your reaction to The Warning! Subscribed! "Dust to Dust" is the first song from their second album “Queen of the Murder Scene”, witch is a concept álbum that tells a haunting story, along all 13 songs (a prologue and four chapters of three songs each), like a book or a rock opera. “Dust to Dust” is the prologue, which invites the listener into the story and introduces the main character and the main themes - life/death, good/evil, truth/lies, etc. Songs 2 to 5 show her growing obsession, culminating in murder. The remaining songs are told from the point of view of either the young lady's inner psychopath or her good side, which has a conscience - until it does not. This album is basically a Masterpiece, made by 3 very young sisters! If you want to follow the story I give you the link for the second song "Crimson Queen" (first song of the first chapter), this time played on a concert in the famous Whisky a Go Go in Los Angeles, last January with a much better crowd! Please keep reacting to this amazing band. Thank you! Link: kzbin.info/www/bejne/lYnIYqd4g6h9gM0

Thanks for reacting to the best new band I have seen in decades. Their music crosses genres and decades of music. Paulina, The drummer, does lead vocals on 5 or 6 songs. Daniela, the guitarist, primarily does does lead vocals. Alejandra, the Bassist, does lead vocals sometimes. All are classically trained on piano from a very young age. And, they were born to be Rock stars. The crowd wasn't dead, they were mesmerized! First song of the set and they were setting up their camera phones. LOL. Please keep going with the Warning. From the opening jaw dropping bass line of Dust to Dust to the tear inducing heart-wrenching ballad of The End (Stars Always Seem to Fade) there is something in this album for every rock fan. I would implore you to react to the rest of that show! There are some technical oopsies but that just shows how resilient these young ladies are! You will not be disappointed. The Warning started making music very young Paulina and Alejandra at 3 and Dany 5, all learning classical piano. They got the video game Rock Band and fell in love with the feeling of performing on other instruments. Their father asked if they wanted to learn another instrument and the girls jumped at the opportunity and gravitated to the instruments they played in Rock Band. They had been uploading their musical journey to KZbin for their family to see and had wanted to try and play music together as a band around 2013 and rehearsed for a small performance for their school xmas show. Well They loved the experience so much they began learning and playing cover songs of hard rock and metal bands. One song in particular shot them into the limelight. That song, "Enter Sandman" by Metallica had gone viral (currently over 20 000 000 views) and had gotten the attention of Metallica, Dee Snyder and The Ellen Show!. Ellen Degeneres invited the band to play live on her show, to which they accepted and played Crazy Train by Ozzy Osbourne, after the performance Ellen and Target awarded the sisters $10 000 each to attend Berklee School of Music in Boston. After completing Berklee The Warning wrote, composed and recorded an EP called Escape the Mind in 2015 to experience that whole process and to determine what type of music they liked to make... Thankfully they chose Rock/Hard Rock! They performed a number of small and large shows afterward and began writing and composing new material for their first full length album XXI Century Blood in 2017. They supported this album with some very high profile gigs like opening for Def Leppard and separately The Killers for two shows each in Mexico. Also following other large rock bands in a couple music festivals. In 2018 they wrote and recorded Queen of the Murder Scene and released it in November of that year and have toured Mexico and South American venues. In June of 2019 they released a single, Narcisista. A scathing rebuke of their Mexican critics that had accused the band of being "Malinchista" a Mexican term used to call out cultural traitors, because the group has only recorded English language songs. Well this song is in Spanish and it is full of attitude and angst fired toward those critics. This was recorded live in June 2019 st Foro Didi in Monterrey Mx (their hometown) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWiscnieg5mFg68 . The Warning is totally fan funded through Patreon, KZbin and crowdfunding platforms like GoFundMe and Kickstarter. They have turned down offers from record labels and talent shows like American Idol because[a] they did not want to lose their control of their music, image and wanted to focus on learning. In fact in one interview with a record label they were asked if they would rather play to 12 people or 12000. Paulina piped up and said The Warning would rather play in front of 12 if it meant they would keep their integrity and could play the music they want to play, how they want to play... That is the most Rock n Roll quote ever! So now you've been WARNED! I hope you will check out more of their music and see how they have grown. Here is a recommended viewing list to see their evolution: Enter Sandman - Metallica (cover song) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5PShox4brF5gLs 2014 Exterminated (original song from XXI Century Blood) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/eJeUl5KtqNKhoa8 2015 The Pretender - Foo Fighters (cover song) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/r5unnHSklrmJjLs 2016 Kickstart My Heart - Motley Crue (cover song) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/nJKwYqB4lseUacU 2017 rehearsal for Mother of all Rock Festival presentation Black Holes (original song from XXI Century Blood) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/on6bfJiHlNmBh8U 2018 Queen of the Murder Scene (original from Queen of the Murder Scene) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hXmxYWCXp92mrpY late 2018 Narcisista (original song, single) - kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWiscnieg5mFg68 June 2019 [a]Thanks for coming out to check this out. There have been many professionals from Latin and South America to sing this band’s praises as well. Another power trio, from Argentina called Eruca Sativa (who have been nominated for several Latin grammies) adores The Warning, and have toured with them twice now. Jay deLa Cueva, a member of Moderrato, has recently been making guest appearances with The Warning on stage, and they have opened for his band a couple of times now. Despite writing almost exclusively in english, The Warning are becoming an important force in Mexican rock. 🤘🏻❤️⚠️

So glad you picked this version and this song. This is my favorite concert of theirs for rock shows although, if you really want to get to know them as people, watch the Quarantine live show they did from their home studio. You may want to do Crimson Queen next from Lunario if you want the version most like the album and it is the next song on the concept album. I actually really like the one from this concert because her acoustic didn't have signal so she does it almost acapella with just the backing instruments and it makes it more haunting. If you just want another rocker though, Dull Knives or Ugh. If you want the video that got a lot of us hooked when they were younger, go Survive from Tedx.

These sisters are not so quietly building a legendary career. Alejandra is undoubtedly the most technical player of the three, on her Spector bass. Daniela is pure emotion on her Spearfish guitar, and vocals. Paulina is the perfect combo of power, tempo and feel on her kit. And is the engine of the band. They seem to be a perfect blend, in chemistry and personality. Their genre, well, it doesn’t really exist. Great reaction. So much so that this is my second time watching it. I am going to have to push back on your criticism of the crowd for not being “animated” Perspective of a 23 y/o female TW fan In my experience, a large chunk of TWA is male and Gen X to Boomer (so far EVERY grind I’ve made in TWA is of that category). Rock fans born in the 50s to the early 70s grew up listening to much more complex complex music on average than the generations that followed (this includes mine lol). They are, in my opinion, much more musically intelligent than “we” are. They focus on the band and musicianship. TWA is loud, you’ll hear lots of chanting and singing along but what you WON’T see is physical displays of enthusiasm and jumping around sweating on each other. They are watching the musicians perform, watching their fingers on the fret board, watching Pau punish her drum kit like it embezzled millions. TWA are the greatest fans and Foro Didi was no different

I find this concert to be superior, as their sound system, although not 100% perfectly worked, is better quality. @@scottlafleur4148 I agree with you that the camera work in the Lunario show is much better. But the audio is far superior in the Foro DiDi show. I am a LIVE sound engineer and have mixed hundreds of bands LIVE on my own equipment. At Foro DiDi, the vocal levels are more prominently layed over the instrumentation/music at a correct level. You can clearly hear the subtle nuances in each sister's voice independently. And the harmonies are more well balanced and audible. You can hear the drum tones; especially the kick. The Lunario used inferior mics and/or was over filtered during mastering. I saw The Warning LIVE January 16th, 2020 at The Whisky a Go-Go in Hollywood, California. The Foro DiDi show is a better representation of what it is actually like to be at a The Warning show. It's not rocket science.

@@morthnadic1 I agree that the audio is better in the Foro. But I would disagree it's far better. I guess we all have our own eyes and ears. Over all I perfer Lunario. Agree to disagree.
