Of course, they did a straight cover of the song at ages 9, 12, and 14. Metallica invited Alessia Cara to cover Enter Sandman for the Black List album. Her promoter hooked her up with The Warning for a collaboration, which is on the album. The official music video includes all of them. Alessia is on a backing track here, at points. They totally rearranged the song to make it move and breathe, and to make it creepier. The live version is harder, darker, and more demonic, ideal for a concert.

First, I'm not the biggest Metallica fan (sorry), but when I heard this version, I literally jumped out of my seat !!! The Edge, the Attitude, THE DRUMMS... You are Correct. This song is on Metallica's tribute album "The Metallica Blacklist", And it's great and all (Alessia Cara is the singer with The Warning), but I love Dany's voice more. This song needs a Rock edge not R&B singer. And, That Guitar what Dany is playing is a stagegift from Lizzy Hale TWA recrute from Estonia . ⚡Viva la WARNING⚡ NWSU/FloorFan/Epican/Ayreonaut/TWA 🤘😎🤘.

I have to admit, I am not a Metallica fan, and I was sick of this song, until this version came along. A lullaby where Dany very sweetly puts you to bed, then rouses the troops, shares a little prayer, the angel chorus comes to sing you to sleep, then Boom, the hammer drops. I think of this very much as the female version of the Sandman tale told as a dark lullaby. So good. Delicate, powerful, soothing, strong, gentle, fierce-all at the same time. I love this one.

You got it! The Warning don´t need gimmicks their music is stand alone and top tier. They deliver 100% true rock without wrapping. They say this is our music, like it or don´t but we like you to hear it. Their integrity is through the roof and as always character pays off in the end. I mean we have not seen the end of TW for a long time yet, but you get rewarded if you sty true to what you believe in. They have come so far now (almost 60 original songs), so they don´t need to do what others have written. The cover days are over ⚡⚡⚡ They probably are the only band ever with soon four albums under the belt without any bad songs on them. It does not matter which song of the Warnings catalogue you choose, you are always going to pick something good. At the rate they evolve their music and skills, you will never get anything else than bangers. I have their discography om repeat and I never skip a song, which is the case with most bands. Every song is not worth listening to, but in this case everything is well worth listening to. These are the ladies that nursed back the fun in music. Looking forward to se more of TW from you, welcome to TWA!

Los 30 años del Blacklist in 2021, ellas junto a Alessia Cara hicieron en una semana esta version propia de Enter Sandman como Metallica lo pidió y de hecho es la canción numero 1 del álbum. Pero claro si querés escuchar el cover de Metallica de esta canción que hicieron cuando tenian 9, 12 y 14 y por las cuales se volvieron virales en aquel entonces te va a dar más a la vibra original de la canción porque ellas hacian covers en aquel entonces y los tocaban como sonaban. Saludos desde Argentina parce
