it's not the whole song.. it's some parts that they have on the backing track to fill out the sound... could be some vocals or guitar or keyboard... they are supposed to be low volume where normally they would only be background noise in the mix but at the start they were too high in volume and the girls mic were too low especially Dany's mic.

What the heck guitar first song was playing but Dany wasn't strumming

They use "backing tracks" which even really famous three piece bands do but the sound was not mixed right so those pre-recorded parts are louder than they should be. They really need a 4th member who can play guitar keyboards and sing but they ran out of sisters.

Es el backing track. Varias de sus canciones llevan 2 guitarras en ciertas partes. Dany graba ambas y en vivo toca el lead y solos, mientras el backing track llena el espacio con la rítmica cuando se requiere. Después de todo son solo 3 personas. Igual aplica para las canciones que llevan teclados. Pau controla eso desde su laptop y pedales midi
