The first time I heard this song I was hoping they’d release an English version. I’ve since changed my mind; it’s beautiful as written. Some masterpieces are better left alone. When Dany does the “chanting” bit at the end and holds the note, it speaks to her power and strength as a vocalist. The amount of muscle control and discipline to do that is off the scale.

Just installed a 2500 watt stereo system in my car with x2 12 inch woofers so I no longer only listen to music but I feel the music:) and you just cant get that from headphones...

Awesome reaction as always and wait till you react to Black Holes sung by Paul at the Dakota Bar, written by her at age 13 and the incredible thing is that the song is about addictions so age 13 doesn't compute in my brain as to how a teenager could write about something so serious and harsh without having the experience. But that's the prodigy Pau is at everything she does. Make sure you have your box of tissues ready 😁

I agree! I can’t watch Black Holes at the Dakota Bar without crying like a baby. The beauty of the song is in the pain, for me at least. The way Pau sings “don’t hold on to me”…gut wrenching in a very beautiful way.

As I was initially working through their songs when I accidentally stumbled upon them I kept putting this one off until later because I figured I wouldn't understand the Spanish. It turned out not to matter one stinking bit. It's probably in my top couple favorites now. I've looked up translations since then and heard many interpretations but in the end the feeling come through every time regardless of the language. All three of the versions you've heard are special.

If one is reacting to a video, then why not the entire video? It's preposterous to think there isn't sufficient time to view the last few seconds, which can be eminently worthwhile. Some reactors can't wait to pull the plug, while others let it bleed into ads or other queued videos. I can think of no good excuse for such carelessness.

This is a bit off-topic, so please indulge me. Have you noticed what these girls DO NOT do what a lot of female entertainers do? They don't dress up in a sexy way. They do their work in what would normally qualify as street clothes they could wear into a mall or restaurant. They're all pretty girls and they'd get attention for that, but no bare midriffs or cleavage on display. No hot pants or bikini bras. They decided early on to do things their way, and they are succeeding on their merit. It's to be admired.
