So, let's see. They all can sing (and do so while playing), and they all can play keyboards, as well as excelling on their own individual instruments. (Dany plays sax also.) Not to mention writing great songs, both music and lyrics. That's a pretty deep wellspring of talent, and why you gotta love this band.

Having skills of playng an instrument or singing, does not necessarily mean you are a good performer in front of a crowd. Jay Embee, yes going forward it will be interesting to share the lead vocals around more so the other two can rock out with elaborate riffs or drums. Ale's vocals will only get stronger in the next couple of years. Should be good.

NE1C Steve I believe I heard in some interview or an aside in some clip that she is taking some vocal lessons. If she is that's great. I think all 3 should utilize a vocal coach if they can, especially Pau. Could u imagine what she could do with that amazing gift of her voice with some Berklee type training!
