That’s a great use of space on that board. When you’re as talented as Ale you don’t need much if any “enhancements” to be amazing. One thing about TW is they’ve always made sure no matter what stage in development they were in to play quality equipment. It’s hard to be a master level artisan without the proper tools and that holds true for any profession. Ale handled this interview/rundown so well. She’ll likely always be a bit apprehensive to speak publicly but she is so smooth and polished when she does. As a TWA member I’m always grateful that as a band TW are so accommodating and informative to their fanbase. Great job with this!

I've been a bass player for 34 years now, and have such massive respect for Ale. The fact that she says "we want to feel the bass" because it is so true. You hear the music, but you feel the bass. Ale's bass riffs just slay! Dust to Dust or the intro to Disciple are going to be legendary. She knows when to play and when to lay back, and there are bass players that feel they need to shine like guitar players. We are humble in our zones on stage. Ale is the secret sauce that makes the band so epic. THE WARNING RULZ!!!!!!⚡⚡⚡🤘🤘🤘

I've seen them in concert and while I think they're tight, she's a very simple bass player. As bassists also, I have no idea what bass riffs of hers slay, I don't hear that !
@SkittleKicksPlays Жыл бұрын
@@fearnoevil65 Intro and main rhythm to Dust to Dust is a riff as is the section in the chorus "hey where are you going" (You can hear a riff that she and Dany play together). The intro and main rhythm to Disciple is a riff. Riffs are melody driven patterns on guitar and bass. This is opposed to something like bum bum bum bum where it is more of a steady pulse Good example is the intro bass to Running with the Devil by Van Halen. I hear the nuance in what Ale plays. When you see the band live (I am jealous, because I have yet to see them) you may miss a lot of the intricate notes Ale plays; however, just watch her right hand on the neck. There is a lot of movement. The studio albums are cleaner in that there is no room noise or crowd noise. That makes a difference. If you wear ear plugs, you'll hear the live music much better, and probably will catch Ale's riffs.

The Warning has changed the way I listen to music. I never really concentrated on bass before, but with these three amazing sisters, for me the bass is the signature of their overall sound. How can these girls speak so well In English? Not a hint of an accent and very articulate. I am impressed with them all. Their parents must be amazing people and so proud of their girl's accomplishments to date.

They grew up in the north of Mexico so theres way more usual to speak in english y’know more than in another areas in Mexico.

Honestly, watching some of The Warning live performances, she really knows what bass is suposed to do in the band (espiecially in trio bands). She has really powerful enormous bass tone, but it is not so overwhelming. She's also very aware of her gear. Everything is quite spot on.
