Two Mexican teens and their pre-teen sister boogie around on a mountainside vacant lot in 2016, fighting more foo than a bunch of grown men. Who knew that they would later OPEN for Foo Fighters in Mexico about two weeks before Taylor Hawkins died? This NEVER gets old! But what is it about reactors wanting them to do solo work? You have three world class musicians who are killing it on the world stage, as a family, with their family. Paulina is a world class drummer with the awards to prove it. Ale can play just about anything, now. They have judiciously avoided outside influence from big American companies like Disney and Nickelodeon and the largest record companies, because they want 100% total artistic control. Frankly, Paulina is also a world class vocalist. She leads on about 25% of their songs. *23, Black Holes, Breathe, Show Me the Light, Revenant, Dust to Dust, The End - Stars Always Seem to Fade,* and *Narcisista* come to mind. She sings co-lead with Dany on several songs. || Yes, this was professionally recorded in one take on location. They recorded three other takes for the video cutaways. Their Dad ran a recording studio, and they have a professional sound engineer (Lalo Plaza) on staff. He travels with them. Watch their Pepsi Center Tenth Anniversary show and be blown away.

I'm sure somewhere down the road the sisters will make their own solo albums, but very unlikely Dany would ever leave the band. They are devoted to each other. No doubt they will take breaks though.

Here's the thing, JMHO. Yes, Dani is the legit definition of Rock Star. Vocally, she has the biggest range of them. To me, Pau is Animal (Muppets). Very powerful voice and can make you feel things (with a capital F) when she sings. All that being said, ale is my favorite. Of the three, she has the Prettiest voice. She just doesn't like to sing. She is a prodigy on the Bass, playing complex Jazz riffs at 7 years old (after only 6 mos. training). Gifted with Perfect Pitch. Sorry, now I'm just gushing.

I enjoy your reactions and you are, of course, entitled to your opinion. But I think your comments about Dany going solo betray a lack of familiarity and understanding of this band. I also think it discounts how well they play together--which is their superpower. If you were better educated about The Warning, I am pretty confident you would come to a different conclusion.

The problem with Vin's theory about Dany, is that Pau is just as talented and charismatic a singer, plus she is a fantastic composer and arranger. 😉 Also most of the time when people go solo is because they are unhappy or unfulfilled in the band, while these girls feel the opposite, plus being sisters and their parents being part of the management team, they are very well supported and loved, so why would they go solo and submit themselves to the music industry on their own.

Nobody knows what the future will bring. Right now Dany is 24, Pau is 22, Ale will turn 20 in a month. Dany was 12 years old when they started playing as a band. They had to wait until Ale was big enough to start bass guitar lessons (at 7 years old). When their Enter Sandman video went viral they were 14,12, and 9. They have literally grown up playing music together. Right now they cannot imagine anything else. They have three more albums owed to Lava in order to fulfill the contract. I'm betting on a pair of studio albums and a live set. But if they find that in 3 or 4 years that they want to put The Warning on hiatus I am sure that they would all get offers, either as solo artists or with other bands.

The only way I see any of The Warning girls do a side project would be if the band had a pause due to marriage and/or children. The Warning does have a bit of "us vs world" since they were kids, since the industry saw them as little girls, so I'm not sure they would really want to be apart in their career(s). My takeaway is that each of The Warning could be highly successful on their own or with another band - they don't have to rely upon being in a band with their sisters. Interesting discussion though!

You didn't mending it, so not sure if you didn't notice (although they do look really young) but they are 16, 14 and 11 here. Danny is probably the most improved member since then, especially her vocals. That’s probably why you weren’t super impressed with her vocals here she was so young.

If The Warning fans tell you that Pau writes most of the lyrics. It's false. Pau starts the songs but they all write it together and they have the most arguments during the song writing sessions. Dany definitely could be as big as Beyonce. The Warning fans don't give her enough credit. She is usually doing 3 people's work on stage. This song here itself, she is doing 3 grown men's job by herself still The Warning fans will call her the weakest. Weakest how? just ridiculous. The Warning fans might talk about her not doing solos, it is not because she can't do it, she loves riffs more than solos and her riffs are world class but when she decides to solo they are full of emotion and perfect. At a young age she was playing Randy Rhoades solos so the girl definitely has chops. Don't listen to The Warning fans. The Pau and Ale fans are extra for no reason.

What Vin doesn't understand is that out of the 3 Dani is probably the less talented. Pau writes must of the songs and she has won multiple awards as one of the best drummers in the world, and Ale is just flawless in he bass playing skills. So I don't think Dani will be that successful without her sisters. He should just stop suggesting the break up anyway, please 🙏

Although now days in pop culture, it is irrelevant how good you are or your level of skills. The bar is very low. I really hope that break up never happens and that she never goes the pop way. But if they did. I still think Paulina will be the most successful one. Because she can do it all.

Dany is just as talented as Ali and Pau...They all have huge parts in writing the songs. As stated by Paulina. No way will any of them go solo, unless 1 or 2 of them quit. Again Pau only starts some of the lyrics and many times only has part of a verse or Chorus. Pau strongly states that. They all give more credit to each other than to themselves. I've heard both Dany and Pau say Ali is the most. important.

I don't care if Beyoncé's fans come and argue with me. I think Beyoncé is terrible and extremely overrated!! And she is not a rock musician! The Warning is a MEXICAN band and we, Mexicans, are loyal to our families to death. Dany is perfectly great as part of The Warning and she is reaching her highest potential as it is. They are living their dream and their dream is being musicians, making music, staying together and it is not becoming artificial, annoying, divas without values. They have always said it, in other words, but they have always said it. Those "separation", "major stars", "becoming Beyoncé" comments are 100% gringadas.
