This video has been making the rounds on KZbin since they played it for their live audience during halftime of their big hometown 10 year celebration. I've seen it now at least 5 times and it still causes a lump in my throat, if not the shedding of a tear or two. What an amazing thing to see them grow and flourish in what they love doing and sharing it with all of us.

To me, the biggest price is the loss of their childhood. I believe Ale is most affected because this was her sisters dream and she wanted to support her sisters. IMHO, with Dany and Pau it is music 1st and family a close 2nd, with having both, perfection! With Ale, I believe, it is family 1st and music 2nd. I heard her say she would not pursue music unless it was with her sisters!! Which is okay either way, just different dreams! Happiness is the most important goal!!!😊

Nice Reaction! Ellen is the one that got Target Corp. to donate the money to send the girls to the Berklee College of Music in Boston. That was in the summer of 2015 right after they played a concert for their Catholic School Classmates (The Warning Liceo de Monterrey). Not only do we get to follow their musical journey from starting out learning to play their instruments, but we also get to watch them grow up from kids into adults at the same time. Their journey has been truly amazing!

They certainly haven't had normal lives but it hasn't all been as charmed as we fans see it. We only see the positive things they post on social media or the interactions some of us have with them at meet and greets. They have embraced it but they are only now in retrospect realizing what they sacrificed to be who and what they have become. They really don't know how to do anything else. Could they step away from the limelight and take on other roles. I don't doubt it one bit. They have incredible drive and an indomitable work ethic. But they are doing exactly what they were born to do.

This was played during the intermission for the three shows in Mexico last month. You can get a feel for how amazed they always are that people want to see them. Obviously they've lived with the attention the whole time they were growing up, but when they stop to reflect they are always so humble and grateful for their fans. This is why their fans are so loyal. Nothing artificial about them. Some of the nicest people in the business.

I was in the crowd in both Monterrey and Mexico City when this was played. I didn't make it through with dry eyes either time. Really good questions. Very honest answers. What is the price? Ale was recording an album when she was in 4th grade. Pau wrote a song about a friend who said they would never amount to anything. Dany's sigh after this question says it all to me. They are so genuine, it is really really hard not to support them.

The price?. The price is always everything, if you really want to reach your dreams. These ladies are The Spartans of music, Spartans devoted their lives, since they were children, uttlerly to war, to be a soldier, nothing else mattered. These ladies do the same for their music and fans. Thanks ladies for making this world a better place.

Hey Mr. J! As a fan, that always wants what is best for them as people, it is very thought provoking to see Dany's reaction to the question of, at what price has being a band since childhood cost you and your sisters. I am sure their are many hardships they have lived through that they will never share and that no other teen has had to experience. They have also had many experiences that many people, of any age, will never get the chance to experience. Very, VERY good video!

The price? What comes to mind for me is that they have talked about how they lost close friends, both through unfortunate conflicts and friends who passed away after which they didn’t get to process the loss healthily due to being in the recording studio or on tour etc. I’m certain that they lost out on school trips and similar experiences… imagine what they have come to grips with when looking back now. They finished school differently from their friends… Ale finished early being the focused quick study that she has proven to be her entire life… and they were touring and recording the whole time. The price has been huge. But the rewards are huge and something most of us will never get to experience directly… but they share it with all of us as much as they are able ❤

I am glad Ale made friends too. she said before she found out she was opening up for Muse, she had already bought tickets for the show for her and 18 friends, and wouldnt you know it, thats where she fell down on stage.

yes, Ellen caught wind of their 2014 Enter Sandman cover while it was going viral and DPA/TW were on vacation with their family... Ellen found out they wanted to go to Berklee Music College in Boston so Ellen got together with Target... she had DPA/TW come on her show, play a short set, and come sit for an interview... that's when they brought out 3 checks of $10000US, one for each of the girls, so they could go to Berklee... while there, DPA/TW recorded a few vlogs to send to Ellen to keep her and the viewers updated with how things were going... there is a video of this Ellen appearance on YT... likely in the TWA channel... the vlogs are in TW's channel, too...
