@olufagosebambulagose thank you! I applaud you and agree 100%. I commented something somewhat similar (just a little more scaled down) and had two people reply negatively to me. I was told to "not cry" lmao. Some people definitely have a bit of derangement/detachment of reality. It amazes me how everyone on the internet thinks that they are superior and is a professional about everything in the world. How dare you not have their same opinions, perceptions, and knowledge as these all-knowing, superior people! Carry on!

@@tpro7224 small correction. Taylor did tour for a bit with Alanis, but Matt Laug is on the record sleeve on drums. He's a great drummer in his own right. Back to the main subject - these girls are the best of the best.

When Dany belts: "It's Not Fair!" I was thinking, absolutely right! "It's Not Fair!" that Dany is such an incredible and creative vocalist that everything she sings is better. "It's Not Fair!" Dany doing a cover of "You Oughta Know!!" that is this remarkable. What makes Dany so remarkable extends far beyond her incredible technique, gorgeous vocal timbre, and amazing range; it's her intention and reinterpretation as she inhabits songs that is breathtaking. The anger, intensity, and sense of betrayal are so much more palpable when Dany sings this song. If Dany keeps this up people will see her as being in the same class as the great Floor Jansen and become deeply concerned every time Dany wants to do a cover of one their songs.

This is a wonderful tribute to Dave Navarro, Flea, Taylor Hansen and Alanis' masterpiece. I've not heard a version of this song which does the original such justice, to pay homage to the original parts, but just flavor them enough to make it The Warning. Amazing cover, no hyperboyle. Worth a crack in the studio.

If they would put this out as a single it would flood the airways. I was around 30 when the original came out and really didnt grab my attention. The passion Dany delivers in the vocals. Pau is simple cool back there making her little faces, and Ale laying down an exceptional bass line.

A long lloooonngg time ago, YT recommended their original Enter Sandman cover and I listened to it. They were just little kids playing in their house. The bass was bigger than Ale and it gave me a chuckle. Years later they grew into full blown rock stars. Also, their remake (not the cover) of enter sandman is arguably better than the original.
