+Dragoneye This question might not be 100% related to this. I have a question. Regarding peace of mind, please tell me your opinion: Can singing be used to replace meditation, for the same affect? I have just started music and I realise that it really makes me forget problems. I sing, bought myself a flute as well to learn. Today I was singing and two whole hours past without knowing it.

We're also simply creatures animals with fur on our heads and claws on our hands. Yes we're lofty and spiritual and were also mammals who like to cuddle and connect. So much of spiritual talk is so dramatic and high minded and it starts to sound false about the time there's a fight over who's turn it is to do the dishes.
