The Wasted Potential of Neo Metal Sonic

That part where Shadow gets hit by Metal Madness JUST as he lands the final hit happened to me when I first fought that boss. It was so annoying, and I had to restart the entire fight to get pass this. Great job on the video! I find many of your ideas and such very interesting, and I too wish Neo Metal got more time to shine outside of the comics. In fact, I’m writing a fanfic called Metallix Uprising that not only fleshes out Metal Sonic’s character and motives, but also acts as a what if scenario where he doesn’t go back under Eggman’s control, and becomes a villain in his own right. So far, I’ve only done story arcs based on Sonic CD, Sonic 4: Episodes Metal & 2, and Heroes (Plus an original storyline showing how Metal broke free from Eggman’s control and gained his Neo powers). But I DO plan on doing more storylines, both original and based on games/other Sonic media. If you’re interested, please do check it out, as I’m really proud of it, and I think it could give you what you want for Neo Metal Sonic. A story that explores the great potential this character has.

No wonder why when Is Neo Metal Sonic returned in Sonic Forces Overclocked, all fans were heightened and happy enough to replay or buy more of sonic forces once again in a way saving the sales and helping Sega!
