Game over...too many watches not enough buyers. All the new interest of speculation buyers and people who thought everything went up in value are selling up. Flooding the grey market and driving price down...the perfect storm.....😂

I like it. It seems to be effecting the Ultra HI-FI Audio market too. Every Luxury Goods Maker/ Seller has jacked theyre prices too high. Its Fn ridiculous considering the actual cost of the product.

But I think rolex have damaged there brand slightly, especially the way ADS have treated their customer's. Especially when everything was selling, including all the dogs. Alot people going to learn the hard way

Rolex is smart! They trapped the gray market by fattening them up with inventory and now they’re pulling the rug by flooding the market. So many dealers will go belly up as a result further cementing the Rolex CPO program as the ideal destination for second hand watches!!!

For sure its for use in watches. Also for sure, they are hedged and have no exposure to gold spot price fluctuation. Maybe they think they will sell more precious metal watches if metals prices catch fire.

the middle class was buying all the expensive watches - to look rich. Now.. the middle class in Europe, UK, US and even in China.. is sqeezed and does not afford to buy more watched. On the contrary.. they are looking to liquidate some items. Why? (too.. much.. debt and inflation)
