The suit looks decent, but the tie is tied way too long, not properly raised to the top bottom and the collar not properly turned down so as to make sure no tie is visible from the collar. Not to mention that shirt is not his size. Awesome shoes though.

I dont know about money. But clothes can define you. Nothing looks more badass than a well-tailored suit. Personal style defiens who you are and what you want to say. So yeah, clothes can define you.

Undershirts are usually a big no-no for me, and as everyone else states, his tie is unusually long. Its obvious that he's wearing a bespoke suit though. That, or his tailor is insanely skilled. Check out how the shoulders hug him. Its a bit rakish, but still possesses that sartorial cool that many men seek.
