My Guruji has again explained it so well. He has repeatedly told that practice and vairagya are the two tools we must implement in our life to achieve the God realisation. Initially, the mind will wander in the world because it’s the nature but with practice and commitment keeping the picture of Swamiji we can achieve perfection. I have done the same in last 5 years and I succeeded. The only problem which people don’t do practice because they don’t wish to accept the pain and struggle during change. However, without Tyaag and Tapasya nothing can be achieved. Hare Krishna

I resonate deeply with the sentiment expressed in this lecture, as I too have experienced the challenges of controlling my wandering mind and focusing on the divine. It's a journey that requires patience, persistence, and a deep commitment to spiritual growth. As Swami Mukundananda beautifully explains, the first step to achieving mental focus and spiritual progress is through practice. Practice, indeed, has the power to rewire our brains, allowing us to cultivate the mental discipline necessary for spiritual growth. I encourage you to watch Swami Mukundananda's video on Bhagavad Gita Chapter 12, verse 9, as he delves into this topic in greater detail. His wisdom and insights have been invaluable to me on my own spiritual journey, and I am confident that they will be equally beneficial to you. The path to spiritual progress is not a solitary one. We are all on this journey together, supporting and uplifting one another along the way. May we continue to practice, grow, and deepen our connection to the divine, one step at a time. Thank you Swami Ji for imparting your wisdom so graciously. My humble pranam to your lotus feet. Radhey Radhey 🙏🙏

Practice is essential for achieving our goals. Nothing is successful without practice. If we are determined about something, success can only be achieved through regular practice. Swamiji has provided a profound example of Dhyan Chand and his incredible accomplishments in field hockey. It's a truly inspirational story that encourages us all to practice regularly and make our Sadhana better everyday.

Swamiji quotes the sacred scripture Bhagavad Gita on how the Supreme Bhagawan advises Arjun to improve his focus towards God by practicing constantly to attach his mind and remember in devotion to Krishna. The example of the great Indian Hockey Player, DhyaanChand was powerful on how he made it a point to work hard and with consistent practice he mastered the game of Hockey. It takes 21 days to practice a habit for it to get rewired in the brain. Thank you, Swamiji for this useful lecture in advising us to regularly practice a good habit or skill for the habit to become beneficial as well as mastering the skill.

The great and appropriate here is example of the major Dhyanchand. Similarly, in the spiritualism pratice matters alot. Then slowly slowly our good habits started developing as it changes its nurons pathway. A must watched video.🙏

Practice is the key to achieve anything in the world. New habits are created by practice. Every habit is formed by practice and every habit can be changed by practice. So true. Human brain is moldable. Any new habit to become natural and simple, we need to dedicatedly practice it for 21 days. 21 days is the magic number by when the new neural structure will create a neural groove to make that work natural and simple for us. By practice, we can develop remembrance of God throughout the day while doing our daily work in the world. This will purify our mind.
