Not sure why you call this crazy shit. I've been in theater 25 plus years I've worked in music and I'm a fan of music and this is supernormal stuff current effects like this have been used in theater for ages they were even used in theater before I was born but that doesn't mean I think that this is the first time I've used it. If you think it's a fascinating study theatrical history you'll see some really amazing stuff that's been around probably longer than you or your parents.

You’re only going to push people away from stagecraft if you make them feel unwelcome for simply not having the same level of knowledge and experience as you. @madalyndarlene8183 , if you love this, I think you’ll find stagecraft fascinating! There’s a cool video I saw called “Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour: A Deep Dive into the Tech Behind the Show” by Live Production Mastery that discusses how many of the effects and illusions are achieved. I love the combination of new technology and classic stagecraft that goes into Taylor’s tours. She was a theater kid and it shows!

I love all the stage mechanics she has in this tour. I was lucky enough to attend (Paris N2) and I just couldn't help to cry, seeing her live is a delight. You really get to see how shiny and mesmerizing are the bodysuits she uses, and of course, the suprise I had with the TTPD set. I deleted my social media bc I knew something was up after that long break, so I didn't want to ruin the surprise if there was any.
