The Way Things Work: Master in Design for Emergent Futures - IAAC & ELISAVA

The Way Things Work is a bootcamp from the Term 1 of the Master in Design for Emergent Futures. Through the idea of hacking, students explored the internal components building everyday objects, from coffee machines to wi-fi networks, while learning how to use open software and hardware tools to change the way they work and interface with the world.
Design for Emergent Futures is an innovative Design Master delivered by the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia and ELISAVA Barcelona School of Design and Engineering, in collaboration with Fab Lab Barcelona. This is a new Master that is changing the way we think about product design, lifestyle design and systems design for the future.
