Like anyone else who hears this gorgeous song, I am deeply moved. Most, if not all, of us have been through this rite of passage of the Soul - having to part ways with someone deeply loved, no matter what the circumstances, what the cause - and have had to find our way of healing the break and continuing on, so that we grow into the more expansive beings we have chance to become. I believe the Heart is an infinite space; and that Love really and truly is the ruling principle of everything that is. You will never lose your love for Steven, as your husband and as another beautiful human being; I doubt he will ever lose his love for you. As you say, you are the men you are today because of each other. Generous heart, you! I honor you for so openly sharing such an intimate, personal and powerful experience with us. Thank you. Wow, beautiful words from a beautiful man with a beautiful heart🙏❤️ I had no idea what I was getting into when I clicked on the link in my email. I had been in tears looking at a picture of my beautiful beloved who passed away 3 months ago, just one month shy of her 39th Birthday. This song resonated so deeply and powerfully that it stopped the tears but I know there are more to come. I love that you yourself have said - it is such a simple shift to move this beautiful song from the personal level to a global one, not necessarily about individual relationships 'ending' as such, but more about our letting go of so much about the 'way' we have loved and lived in this world, and how that is now changing. I know you have said you and Steven are very much in contact and still a part of each-others lives but in a different way and you still have an on going loving relationship, it is just the dynamic of the relationship that has changed.
