It matters where a court case begins because that determines how and where one or both parties may seek an appeal. One type is a 'do over' and the other more common is a 'review'. This video tells you which is which.

in california i won the case but the judge ignored my diminished value and lost wages only the property damage but she low balled my cars value less than half corrupt judge what can i do

If a judgment is made in error by fact or law it can be appealed. Please get help as deadlines apply that would need to be followed.
