They are their as well, usually theres a divider in between the hall where 1 side women can sit and the other side men. In islam, men and women are encouraged not to freely mix and women are asked to cover themselves up, and men are asked to lower their gaze. Since its a wedding everyone wants to wear something nice and decent hence a separate section for them where they dont have to worry abt men. Hope this gives u insight
