If you want to fall even more in love with Steve Buscemi, google his name and 9/11. Before he started acting, he was a NYC firefighter stationed in Manhattan. When the towers fell, he showed up at his old station, put on the. gear, and worked almost a week of 12 hour shifts searching the rubble alongside his fellow firefighters. And has worked since then helping to call attention to the lack of funding and healthcare for emergency responders from 911. An absolutely stellar human being.

"Hey Linda, you're a bitch!" The Wedding Singer always cheers me up when I have bad days or just a proper hilarity on my good days. Genuinely super funny and a lovely story as well. It reminds me that even when life seems like it's falling apart, you can still laugh and that great things often start off in initially heartbreaking situations. Also, it's the first film Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler did together.

This is my favorite Sandler movie and I love Sandler / Barrymore movies. They did 3 movies together, this, 50 First Dates in 2004 and Blended in like 2014 and while promoting the last one on Fallon, which Barrymore did 1 or 2 movies together, Sandler sings the grow old with you song to her. As much as I love Selma Hayek and liked her in the movie with Sandler, I wish Drew was the wife in Grown Ups. And Glen was basically discount Miami Vice, call him Tallahassee Debauchery.

A great Busemi/Sandler combo for you to check out is Airheads, also starring Canada's own Brendan Fraser. They play a rock band that hold a radio station hostage so they could get their demo played on the air and hopefully score a record deal.

As a 80's teen; a lot of references made in this movie went over your heads a bit, lol. This is a great movie, and hilarious! Drew and Adam are great on screen; make sure to watch Blended and 50 first dates....

Julia Sullivan's (Drew Barrymore's) way how she talks, her character, personality and hair style are also something I cannot get enough of, too. lol.

The movie is classic and so is the soundtrack. I’ve had both cd’s for years. Makes time pass by when driving. Just excellent music
