Raw Footage of a big swell building during a morning at the Wedge in 2020. Surfers, bodyboarders and bodysurfers charge crazy waves all morning long as first big south swell rapidly rises. All footage filmed the morning of May 11th 2020. This one is 100% Organic RAW so just letting everyone know. Hahaha!

I live in Colorado since the early 70's. I used to body surf the Wedge in the 60's -- it would just crush you in a close-out.

@@BEEFSTV Yeah. But still for back then it would get crowded with body surfers and belly-boarders when a good swell came in. I don't know if anyone tried to surf it back then but maybe. It was considered for sure suicide it you tried to surf it -- at least in my network of surfer dudes. Meanwhile, I had an eight foot eight inch Hobie and I was considered weird for having such a short board. I loved it.
