This version would be very good for a music video of the song with yofukashi no uta and here I give the synopsis of this video The video starts on December 18, 2018 the concert in Japan we see the weeknd performing the hills and then finish the concert, in that we see everything backstage With the weeknd thanking everyone and leaving, the others ask him if it's okay for him to go alone to his hotel and the weeknd answering that yes, he knew where it was, And after he said goodbye we see something like in the after hours short with the weeknd changing mood to a sadder one All this while he is getting on a train, on the train he sees his cell phone and his mood increases when he sees some photos of bella Hadid (Remember that at this point the weeknd had already returned to her) Although this is interrupted when he sees some strange visions such as a guy with a bandaged head in a red vest, Abel tries to ignore him by getting off the train to realize that he is in Minami Saitama, Abel would explore aimlessly, finally coming across a playground (which would be the same as the first chapter of yofukashi no uta) And after enjoying some "childhood" he would stay on some swings for a while until a silhouette appears *SPOILERS FOR THE MANGA AT THIS MOMENT* it would be hoshimi kiku, she would recognize the weeknd, she would ask him what he was doing in a playground, to which Abel responds with "I don't know" so Kiku would invite him to have fun with her, nothing serious just fun while she gives her hand to Abel, and although Abel questions that he accepts it and I'd start a montage of them just having fun But everything takes a turn when at one point Kiku kisses Abel and he has, so to speak, a flashback about how he returned with Bella Hadid and he gets rid of her, Abel would tell her that if she was crazy He already has a girlfriend, and he would see that Kiku only wants him for fame and Abel would see her as a kind of Selena Gomez, this pisses off Kiku who finally reveals to Abel that she is a vampire And if he didn't want to be her servant of his own free will, she would force him so Abel would run away from her while he again has the visions of the blindfolded maniac with a red vest, All while he continues to run from Kiku until he finally loses her and Abel He stumbles upon the school Kou attends, he goes up to enter and hide from Kiku and tiredly he enters one of the rooms and thinking he sees Kiku's silhouette he hides and sees a Storage closet, so he goes in so she doesn't find it And it works since kiku lost track of him and leaves, then we see the weeknd remembering when he had dropped out of school and his last thought before falling asleep would be "if I had never dropped out" Finally, in the final part, you see the classroom where the storage closet is, one of the students (who would be Kou) opens it and is surprised to see the weeknd, with him waking up and thinking that last night was a dream, so he leaves the storage closet and leaves to the astonishment of the students who were in the hallways. To finally see that Kiku had scratched him in the face thus ending the music video (wow I was really surprised by this)
