It was one of my fav songs when it came out. I’m from Ethiopia. That’s where his parents are from. Some of his musical influences came from Ethiopian music. One thing about The Weeknd’s music is that his songs are a slow burn. It takes time for it to marinate in people’s ears.

i love that you also mentioned the chemistry that the Weeknd and Lana have. I love him and Ariana so much, he and Lana are just as good on every track they do without getting all of the praise.
