I swear this song is also quite accurate for how Roman and Cody's storyline is gonna be on the Road To WrestleMania, especially Roman's impending end of his reign as the Undisputed champ. This!!! This took the words right out of my mouth. This whole album felt like an exploration of purgatory, maybe not necessarily in only the religious sense but also the emotional sense. You're stuck in regret and can't let go of the trauma, thus causing it to continue and continue until you either pass away or break the cycle. I think he may even have meant this album to be a goodbye of The Weeknd as a character/persona
