Here's a copy of my comment I left on Reddit & the music video about what I think it means. So he's dead inside and feels nothing unless sex or drugs. The girls don't care he's dead inside and would do anything to get a piece of him, so they sew his head on to another body. Then he comes alive and we see him sing because that's how he feels, that's when he's most alive, sex or drugs. Edit: In MDM "I Was Never There" he mentions how mindless sex is how he feels (in 3rd person) which is a similar song in that he feels guilty about his mistakes just like in this song. Edit: There also seems to be inspiration from the Michael Myer's theme song in the high pitched beats (not sure what they're called). You can really hear them towards the end as camera zooms away from the house. Giving it a more scary theme than we might have previously heard when listening.
