Yeah, I kinda find it funny that every time you want to consider it an empty stereotype and just be fair - you get games like this and it kinda clicks "ye, I should know" 😂 I always have fun time when I see it - I think most red players don't realize it's more of an entertainment, than a problem, when they rope. Especially when they scoop manually at end, anyway 🤷‍♂️🦥

I’ve been playing a deck like this on ladder for a bit now, only difference is I went all in on Kambal. Good blocker, gains us a bunch of life, copies all our opponent’s tokens… Urabrask’s Forge hates it 😅

I play kambal on my bat lifegain and it works pretty well with lunar convocation as well. It slows down the deck a little bit but its a pretty good meta answer to boros, caretakers, forge, hive and convocation, somewhat useful against selesnia bunnies as he also copies offspring.

Same, demolished a boros tokens player because I reanimated my kambal with season of burrow and they already wasted most exile removal lol.

Didn't pay too much attention to Kambal, checked it after your comment - and it seems indeed like a solid fit :) 2/4 as preacher proved, is hard to remove, and passives are doing a LOT

Magic, the mono Red experience 😂. Id love to get to know these people and ask them whats the thing behind this "gameplay". Well, with the new Set the Deck gets a leyline for Turn 2 wins. Imagine having played a Land (yes, a whole single Land) and your Opponent, Brainmaster 3000, plays his one mana cards, which now are half mana cards and get's the game won! The decisions they took, the amount of tactics in their plays ❤. I mean, can't we get some Bots, playing only mono red which always get matched against human mono Red Players? So they can have the holistic mono red nothing else experience? Call me in.

I mean, I enjoyed reading this comment - I also had idea of bot mono red inner-box experience 😂❤🦥 I think those players just enjoy the satisfaction and reward they feel when all their hard-earned decisions, made so much difference during the game. Nothing beats achieving something with your guts and hard work, without any luck factor involved 🤷‍♂️🦥

I don't feel being Mythic is any accomplishment currently, every average player can be mythic in 1 day of grinding with mono red (even proved few times on channel) :) Every time I actually cared to max my rank, I ended between Top 4# and Top 50# Mythic Ranks in the world, so at this point I just know it is kind of "I would have it, if I wanted" 🤷‍♂️🦥 I also beat number 1# Mythic rank few times, so I kinda have achieved my 'personal' validation :) And grinding ladder with meta decks for hours, mean I have less time to theorycraft/test new interesting builds (which takes more time than it might seem), so you guys can get fun daily video ❤ Also, I think you wanna check out more videos on channel, I think you might be a new viewer ;) This one is more of what you wanted ;) kzbin.info/www/bejne/qnjaZXSueK-gb68

@@ewertonv Yep, that's another factor - there were many decks that I have never showcased, because they went like 0-5 etc., and got scrapped (Dimir Tolarian Tempo, you will be missed). And if you are in high-ranked mythic, testing fun ideas on ladder is practically impossible - as you will instantly derank at slightest ineficiency.

I've been playing a similar deck on BO1 for quite a while. Not having access to the sideboard makes games against control difficult, and sometimes you'll be overwhelmed by bunnies or lizards if you don't find a Lockdown (this one has them in the SB), but it still has a confortable win rate overall.

You could replace preacher as a 3 drop, with gumdrop having advantages vs aggro or kaya as a threat plus removal package
